You can request an amendment to your hotel booking on LOGiC up to the day of arrival. If your booking is for Premier Inn, you will need to cancel and rebook.
If you want to amend your stay on the day of arrival, you'll need to contact our Accommodation team to request your amendment.
To amend your booking via LOGiC, please complete the Amendment Request Form.
Your request will be sent to our Accommodation team.
Because not all hotels allow amendments to be processed online, a consultant will contact the hotel directly on your behalf.
You’ll receive a confirmation once your amendment is complete.
Important:
If your amendment involves changing all of the original dates, the hotel will treat it as a cancellation and require a new booking for the updated dates. The fastest way to do this is to cancel your original booking in LOGiC and create a new one for your new travel dates.

Step by Step Guide
🔍 Step 1: Go to the Bookings Menu
From the LOGiC menu bar, click Bookings.
📄 Step 2: Find Your Booking
Locate the booking you want to change and click the Amend button.
⚠️ If you can't amend online, the button will be greyed out, or you'll see a message asking you to contact our in-house team.
📋 Step 3: Review Your Booking Details
Check your booking summary and read the cancellation policy carefully.
❗ If your amendment does not include any of the original dates, you'll need to cancel the booking in LOGiC and make a new one.
✏️ Step 4: Enter Your Changes
Update the number of nights, arrival date, and/or guest name.
✔️ Tick the box to accept the cancellation policy, then click Send Request.
✅ Step 5: Receive Confirmation
You’ll see an on-screen confirmation message.
A confirmation email will be sent to you, and once the amendment is complete, you’ll receive an updated booking confirmation.
