We include sold-out or unavailable hotels in search results to give you a full picture of all hotels we have checked for availability.
Removing these hotels in the past has caused confusion, such as:
Thinking the hotel is missing from our system
Assuming there’s an error in the search results
Showing all hotels ensures transparency, so you know the hotel exists in our system—even if it’s fully booked.
Booking.com Rate Visibility
If your organisation hasn’t enabled Booking.com rates, hotels offering only Booking.com rates will still show in search results but will be marked as unavailable.
