Payment options depend on the hotel you book. Dinner and extras allowances will follow your travel policy.
You may see one of the following payment options:
Billback
Inntel to settle the bill
Premier Inn - Inntel to pay
If your organisation has different dinner allowances based on location or role, you might be asked to select an additional option after choosing one of the above.
Payment Options
🧾Billback
This option appears if the hotel offers Billback. Your accommodation and breakfast will be paid for. You only need to cover extras not included in your corporate travel policy. The hotel will invoice Inntel directly for your accommodation and allowances.
💳Inntel to Settle the Bill
If the hotel does not offer Billback, Inntel will pay for your stay using a virtual card. You only pay for extras at check-out. Inntel sends the invoice to your finance department for payment.
🛏️Travelodge
For Travelodge bookings, payment is taken immediately upon booking. If you didn’t select meals or extras during booking, you’ll pay for these separately at check-out.
🛌Premier Inn
When booking Premier Inn, Inntel handles payment for your stay, but extras may need to be paid for at check-out. Breakfast or the Meal Deal will be included if you:
Booked a Bed & Breakfast or Meal Deal rate, or
Booked a Room Only rate and added Breakfast or the Meal Deal as an extra.
