Deposit rates are often cheaper than flexible rates, making them a good option when your travel plans are unlikely to change. However, stricter terms apply:
- No amendments or cancellations are permitted, including guest names or no. of nights.
- The booking cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

You will also be asked to confirm that you understand the rate is non-refundable and non-cancellable before you can complete the booking.
Why can't I see deposit rates?
If deposit rates aren't appearing in your search results, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
The hotel isn't offering deposit rates for your selected dates
Your organisation has chosen to hide deposit rates in LOGiC
