If you need to change a guest name on your booking, you can request an amendment via LOGiC. Please note that all amendments are subject to hotel policy.
If your booking is with Premier Inn, you will need to cancel the booking and rebook with the new guest name.
1. From LOGiC, click Bookings on the menu pane at the top of the screen
2. Find the booking you need to change and click the Amend button.
3. The Amendment request form will load.
4. Scroll down to the New Booking Details section and enter the name of the new guest.
5. Tick to accept the cancellation policy and click Send Request.
6. Your request will be sent to our Accommodation team who will send you an updated booking confirmation once your amendment has been made.
