With Guided Book, you can quickly add related travel services after completing your booking. Once you’ve booked your trip, you’ll be prompted to add additional services such as:
- Flights / Eurostar
- Rail
- Hotels
- Car parking
- Car Hire
- Taxis
Guided Book helps speed up the booking process by automatically carrying key details from your original booking into the next search.
How Guided Book Works
After completing a booking, Guided Book will display suggested travel services that may be relevant to your journey. As additional travel services are booked, they will automatically be added to your itinerary, helping keep your trip details together in one place.
For example:
- After booking a flight, you may be prompted to add a hotel, taxi, or airport parking
- After booking a train, you may be prompted to add a hotel or taxi
- After booking a hotel, you may be prompted to add onward travel options
Simply select the service you’d like to add to continue.
Automatic Search Information
When you select an additional service, Guided Book will automatically pre-populate the search and other fields using information from your original booking where applicable.
This may include:
- Travel dates and times
- Locations (e.g. airport, station, hotel destination)
- Traveller details
- Billing information
You can still review and amend these details if required.
Your Itinerary
Bookings made through Guided Book will automatically be grouped into an itinerary, helping keep related travel arrangements together in one place.
This makes it easier to view and manage your trip details.
Adding a Travel Service Later
If you do not add an additional travel service immediately after making your booking, you can still access Guided Book later from Bookings.
- Go to Bookings.
- Select the booking you want to add travel services to.
- Scroll to the bottom of the booking details page.
- Select an available Guided Book option to continue.
- Guided Book will pre-populate the search fields using information from your original booking where applicable.
Things to Note
- Guided Book suggestions are based on your previous booking and journey details.
- The services shown in Guided Book will vary depending on your organisation’s setup. You will only see booking options available to your account. For example, if taxi bookings are not enabled, taxis will not be displayed.
- Search information is automatically populated where possible to reduce manual entry.
- You can amend any pre-filled details before completing your booking.
- Availability of services may vary depending on your itinerary and company travel policy.
