Step by Step Guide
We’ve partnered with Enterprise to provide a simple, reliable car hire option directly within LOGiC. Car hire can be booked across desktop, mobile browser, and the LOGiC mobile app using the same familiar booking flow.
Booking a vehicle takes just a few steps.
1. Search for a Car Hire
From the LOGiC home screen, select the Car Hire tile to start your booking.
You’ll be asked to enter:
Pick-up branch – where you will collect the vehicle
Pick-up date and time – when the hire begins
Return date and time – when the vehicle will be returned
Optionally, choose to return the vehicle to a different Enterprise branch
Once all details are entered, select Continue to move to the next step.
2. Choose Pick-Up Branch
You’ll now be asked to select your Enterprise pick-up branch.

Selecting a branch in the list or on the map highlights your choice
This helps you quickly identify the most convenient location for your journey.
Once selected, click Continue.
3. Enter Driver Details
Driver details are required to confirm eligibility and ensure the correct vehicle options are shown.
Enterprise does not hire vehicles in the UK to drivers under the age of 25
If you are the driver, select Book as Me to automatically populate the fields using your LOGiC profile.
If booking for another driver, enter their details manually.
Required details include:
Surname
Forename
Date of birth
Enterprise loyalty number (optional)
4. Choose Your Vehicle
Based on your search criteria and driver details, you’ll see a list of available vehicles.
Each option clearly displays:
Vehicle category and example model (or similar)
Transmission type (manual or automatic)
Passenger capacity
Luggage capacity
Fuel type, including electric where available
Estimated total cost for the full hire period
You can select More Information to view additional details about the vehicle category.
Once you’ve chosen a suitable option, select Select to continue.
5. Billing Details
In this step, you’ll complete the required billing and approval information.
You’ll be asked to:
Select a Reason for Travel
Complete required fields such as Cost Centre and O.U. Code, depending on your organisation’s setup
The lead driver selected earlier is shown for reference.
Please note: the driver cannot be changed at this stage. If changes are needed, the booking must be restarted.
6. Review and Confirm Booking
Before completing your booking, you’ll be shown a full summary of your car hire.
This includes:
Pick-up and return locations, dates, and times
Selected vehicle category and features
Estimated total cost
By default, the vehicle will be collected from the Enterprise depot. If required, you can request delivery to an alternative location before confirming by clicking 'Deliver To Me At:, you will then be prompted to input the required address.
If you need to book the vehicle to be Delivered, please follow these steps:
Fill in the Delivery Address details
Fill in House name/number, Street, Address, County, Post Code.
Add any helpful notes in Instructions (eg key location), the drivers contact number is also required.
Confirm where Enterprise will collect the vehicle from
If collection is the same address, use Same as delivery location.
If different, enter the collection address in the “Enterprise to Collect Car From” fields.
Add flight details if relevant
Enter Incoming Flight Number and/or Outgoing Flight Number if this booking relates to airport travel.
Add any final notes
Use Anything Else for extra instructions (access details, preferred times, site entry guidance, etc.).
Select Continue
You must read and accept Inntel’s and Enterprise’s terms and conditions before proceeding.
Once everything has been reviewed, select Book Vehicle to complete your booking.
