Fare Summary and Sustainability
If your organisation has blocked First or Business class fares, you will be unable to progress with your booking at this point and will need to select a different ticket type. Refer to your corporate travel policy for more information.
Once you have confirmed your fare, you will see a summary of your selected flights.
- Where provided by the airline or airport, sustainability information will be displayed, along with a link to their sustainability policy.
- If you are travelling overseas, a link to Foreign Office travel advice for your destination will also be shown.
Traveller Details
Airlines require passport information such as title, date of birth, gender, country of residence and passport name. These MUST match your passport exactly as any errors may result in issues when checking in or boarding.
If you choose to save your details at this point, they may be visible to others in your organisation.
- Enter the details for each passenger:
- If a traveller profile is available, enter the traveller’s surname
-
Select their name from the dropdown list
- Enter the required billing details, such as cost centre. These will be used for billing and reporting and may be selected from a list or entered manually.
- Click Continue to proceed.
