You can book a taxi via Jyrney across all our platforms - desktop, mobile browser and our mobile app Booking is simple and easy — find a taxi in just three steps.
1. Search for a taxi
From the LOGiC home screen, select the Taxis tile to start your booking.
- Select a Pick-up Time: Choose when you want your taxi:
- Now – for an immediate booking
- Later – to schedule your ride in advance
- Enter Pick-up Location: Type in the address or location where you'd like to be collected.
- Enter Drop-off Location: Specify your destination so the driver knows where you're heading.
- Set Number of Passengers: Let us know how many people will be travelling.
To enhance your experience, Jyrney offers a Meet & Greet service, ensuring seamless and efficient airport pick-ups. As you input your pick-up and drop-off details, the map updates instantly, providing a clear view of your location and a suggested route for your journey.
2. Find and Select Your Vehicle
Once you’ve entered the required details and clicked the search button, you’ll see a list of available vehicles along with their pricing.
- If you’ve chosen an immediate pick-up, an estimated arrival time for each option will be displayed.
- If you’ve scheduled a future pick-up, the system will prioritise the most cost-effective option by default.
To help you find the best fit, you can sort the list by:
- Price
- Number of passengers
- Number of bags
- Earliest pick-up time (for immediate bookings)
Select the vehicle that meets your requirements.
3. Billing & Contact Details
Billing for taxi bookings follows the same process as the rest of LOGiC’s booking system. Depending on your setup, you may need to provide details such as a PO Number, reason for travel, or other relevant information.
Additionally, the following details are required:
- Mobile phone number – Used by Jyrney to send booking updates via SMS or WhatsApp.
- Flight number (if applicable) – Essential for airport pickups.
- Additional notes – Any extra instructions for the driver.
4. Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is complete, a summary page will appear, allowing you to review the details and pricing before finalising your request.
On this page, you will also find the terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy.
To confirm your booking, simply click Book Taxi.
