Billback is a payment method that allows Inntel to pay for your accommodation on your behalf, so you don’t need to settle the bill at the hotel.

Not all hotels offer Billback
If unavailable, you can still choose ‘Inntel to settle the bill’
→ Inntel will pay using a virtual card
🛏️ During the Booking
If Billback is available, you’ll see it listed as a payment option at the end of the booking process.
🧾 After Your Stay
Check out as normal
You’ll only need to pay for extras not covered by your corporate travel policy
The hotel will send the invoice to Inntel for payment

We’ll review and validate the invoice
Any accommodation and allowances are collated
A consolidated invoice is then sent to your accounts department
