The Lead Guest Name will display depending on the set up your organisation is using for approvals:
- If you’re asked for approval at the end of the booking process: you’ll see the guest name on the approval emails and in My Approvals.
- If you’re asked for approval as soon as you’ve selected a rate or fare: you’ll see ‘Unspecified’ against the Guest Name on the approval emails and in My Approvals as you've not yet entered the guest details.
