1. Check to make sure that you’ve entered the code correctly and without any spaces.
2. Do the booking details match the approval request?
- Rail: Check the departure and arrival stations, dates and train times are the same.
- Flights: Check the airports, dates, time and fare are the same.
- Hotels: Check the dates, number of nights, number of guests and guest name(s) are the same.
3. Has the price changed? If the price has increased between requesting approval and booking, you may need to request approval again. Depending on your set up, your company may allow a small increase in price (e.g. 10%). Check your travel policy for more information.
