This depends on your organisation’s travel policy and set up. If approval is required, you won’t be able to complete your booking without it.
Approval may not be required if one of the following apply:
- you are a VIP booker;
- your hotel rate is within budget;
- you are booking an economy flight;
- standard rail ticket; or
- a preferred hotel.
