Tickets (Mobile Rail Tickets)
You can find all your purchased mobile rail tickets under Tickets. They are listed in date order, with the most recent at the top. To refresh the app and download your latest tickets, simply swipe down on the screen or tap the Download Tickets button.
On the day of travel, open your ticket and scan the barcode. If your station doesn’t have a barcode reader, just show your ticket to station staff, and they’ll let you through the barriers.
Once you’ve downloaded your tickets, you can access them even if your device loses signal. The app will switch into offline mode. Existing tickets can be viewed, but you will need to go online again to download new tickets and access LOGiC.
To ensure a smooth journey, make sure:
✔ you've downloaded your tickets in good time ahead of travel;
✔ your device has plenty of charge; and
✔ the screen is clean and free from cracks.
