When making a rail booking in LOGiC and selecting Mobile Ticketing, you may see a message stating that your email address is not yet registered for the app.
If you’ve already registered for the app, you’ll just need to sync your email address by following the steps below.
1. Open the mobile app and tap the Tickets icon.
2. Tap Download Tickets (you can do this even if you haven’t yet purchased any mobile tickets).
3. Your mobile app account is now synced. The next time you log in to LOGiC, you should no longer see the Email Address Not Registered message.
