Need to reset your mobile app password? You can do this within the app or from the login page.
From the Login page
1. Open the LOGiC by Inntel app.
2. Tap the Login button and then select Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and tap Submit.
4. A confirmation message will appear to let you know a reset code has been sent..
5. Check your inbox for the email* and find the reset code provided.
6. Return to the app and enter the reset code when prompted.
7. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Reset.
8. Your password has now been successfully updated.
Please note: Your reset code is linked to your email address and will expire after it has been used.
*If you don’t receive the email, please check your junk or spam folder.
From the App
You can also reset your password directly from within the app:
1. Log in to the mobile app
2. From the menu item at the bottom of the screen, tap More.
3. Select Change Password.
4. Enter your new password, confirm it and tap Change.
5. Your password has been successfully reset.
