Please be aware that deleting your LOGiC mobile app account is irreversible. Any mobile tickets on your account will be lost and you won’t be able to use them.
We highly recommend that you don’t delete your account if any of the following apply:
- you or your company are likely to book rail tickets through Inntel;
- you have booked mobile tickets for future travel;
- you need to access the LOGiC app;
- you are currently travelling on a mobile ticket booked by or through Inntel; or
- you need to exchange or cancel a mobile ticket.
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. Lost tickets cannot be reinstated, moved to a different account, exchanged, or refunded.

How to delete your LOGiC Mobile Account
1. Login to the LOGiC by Inntel app:
2. Click the More icon
3. Select Delete Account from the menu
4. Click the Confirm Account Deletion button. You will no longer be able to log into the mobile app and will receive an email once your account has been deleted.
By clicking the Confirm button, you acknowledge that your account will be fully deleted along with any mobile tickets, and you understand that any lost tickets cannot be used or refunded.
