About the App
Our newest mobile app update brings more features and improvements than ever before:

✔ Stay organised with a clear itinerary of all your planned travel*
*Available features depend on your user permissions.
After downloading and installing the app, you’ll need to create an account and register your email address.
Downloading the App
The app is available for Apple and Android devices. Search for LOGiC by Inntel in the Apple App store or the Google Play Store and download the app to your mobile device.

Create your account
Open the app on your device and click the Create Account button.
Enter your email address (usually your work email address where your booking confirmations are sent) and create a strong password.
*If you only have the ability to book for yourself in LOGiC, you'll need to register with the same email address you use for accessing LOGiC.
Click Register.
Verify your email address
We'll send you a confirmation email. To ensure successful confirmation, do not click the link on your PC.

If you have access to your work emails on your personal device - open the email on the same device where you downloaded the app.

If you cannot access your work emails on your personal device - forward the email to your personal email address.
- Click the "Confirm your email" button to verify your email address and complete your account set up.

Booking a mobile ticket
- Search for your rail journey. Journeys valid for mobile tickets will display a phone icon above the price.

When entering the passenger details, enter the same email address you used to register for the app. This ensures any mobile tickets are sent to your app account. Your booking confirmation will also be sent to this email address.
- If you can only book for yourself, this field will be locked down to the email address you use to log into LOGiC.
- If mobile tickets are available for your journey (not all routes offer mobile tickets), you'll see the mobile ticketing option as one of the Delivery Options. Select this option and the tickets will be delivered to the app on your personal device.
- Once you've booked your tickets, log into the mobile app on your personal device to view your mobile tickets.
