Not all train routes or stations in the UK support mobile ticketing. In some cases, you will only be able to collect your ticket from a station machine.
When mobile tickets aren't available
You won’t be able to choose a mobile ticket if:
Your journey crosses London; or
Your journey includes the London Underground; or
You have booked an Anytime or Off-Peak Travelcard; or
You are booking a split ticket; or
The train company doesn’t offer mobile tickets on your route.
Note: Mobile tickets are not valid on the London Underground network.
Train companies without full mobile ticket support
Mobile tickets are not available in LOGiC for the following train companies:
Merseyrail – no mobile tickets available.
ScotRail – mTickets can only be used in the ScotRail app.
If mobile tickets aren’t available for your journey, LOGiC will only show the option to collect paper tickets from a station. You won’t see a mobile ticket option.
