Booking your tickets
For more information on using the app, see How to use the mobile app
Make sure you (or the person you are booking for) has downloaded the mobile app and completed the registration process. Search and select your tickets as normal.
If mobile tickets are available, you'll see the image of a phone above the ticket:
When booking your ticket, enter the same email address you used to register for the app. This will make your tickets available for downloading in the app.
Note: If booking on behalf of someone else, enter the email address the traveller used to sign up for the app.
If mobile tickets are available for your journey (not all routes offer mobile tickets), you'll see the mobile ticketing option as one of the Delivery Options. Select this option and the tickets will be delivered to the app on your/the traveller's device.
Mobile Registration Check
LOGiC will check if all passengers have a registered mobile app account when purchasing mobile tickets. If an incorrect or unregistered address is entered, you'll see an on-screen notification.
From here you have several options:
1. Scroll up and correct any typos in the passenger email address(es)/replace the email address with one that is registered to the app; or
2. Register the email address(es) to the mobile app and click the Refresh button; or
3. Scroll up and change your delivery option to Collect at Ticket Vending Machine; or
4. Continue with your mobile ticket purchase (not recommended).
Before you travel, log into the mobile app and make sure you can download your tickets.
