If you experience issues like freezing, crashing, or connectivity problems, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
Step 1: Restart the App
Closing and reopening the app can often resolve minor issues.
- Android: Open the recent apps menu and swipe the app away.
- iOS: Swipe up from the bottom (or double-click the home button) to access the app switcher, then swipe the app away.
Reopen the app and check if the issue is resolved.
Step 2: Check for App Updates
Ensure you are using the latest version of the app.
- Android: Open the Google Play Store, go to Manage apps & device, and update the app.
- iOS: Open the App Store, go to Updates, and update the app if available.
Step 3: Clear App Cache and Data (Android or Google Only)
Cached data can sometimes cause performance issues.
For Android:
- Press and hold on the app icon (note the app may be listed as Inntel Tickets).
- Press the ℹ️ info icon > tap Storage > Clear data at the bottom of the screen
- Tap Clear cache
Note: Clearing cache/data will require you to log in again. Your account, tickets and any itineraries will not be deleted and can be redownloaded.
For Google Pixel:
- Open Settings on your device.
- Go to Apps & notifications.
- Select See all apps to view the list of installed apps.
- Tap on the app you want to clear the cache for, then select Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear cache to remove the cached data for that app.
- Tap Clear storage and then Delete when prompted.
Note: Clearing cache/data will require you to log in again. Your account, tickets and any itineraries will not be deleted and can be redownloaded.
Step 4: Reset your password
If you're having trouble logging in:
Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen.
Enter your registered email address.
Check your email for a reset link and follow the instructions.
Create a new password and log in again.
Step 5: Restart Your Device
Restarting your phone can help clear temporary issues.
- Hold down the power button and select Restart (Android) or Slide to power off (iOS).
- Wait a few seconds before turning your device back on and launching the app again.
Step 6: Check for Device Software Updates
- Android: Go to Settings > Software Update > Check for updates.
- iOS: Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
If an update is available, install it and restart your device.
Step 7: Uninstall and Reinstall the App
If the problem persists, reinstalling the app may help.
- Uninstall the app by holding its icon and selecting Uninstall (Android) or Remove App (iOS).
- Download the latest version from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
