LOGiC checks your email address and if it isn’t recognised, you’ll be prompted for your booker ID. Check that you’ve entered your email address correctly with no extra spaces at the beginning or end.
If you have more than one profile for making bookings (e.g. for different divisions of your company), you’ll still need to enter your booker ID, so LOGiC knows which profile to use to log you in.
