Try the below steps:
- Check that the email address and password you’re entering are correct with no extra spaces.
- If you normally copy and paste or autofill your password, try typing it in manually, just in case your browser has remembered a previous or incorrect password.
- Try resetting your password to something else.
- Log out of LOGiC, close your browser and then go back to LOGiC. Refresh the page and try logging in again.
