We recommend checking you can login and access your tickets in good time ahead of travel. Here are some things to try if you can't see your tickets in the app:
1. Check your travel date
Your tickets will usually be available in the app up to 2 months prior to your departure date. Check back nearer to your departure date to see your tickets.
2. Check your email address
Are you logging in with the correct email address? Check for typos and make sure you're logging into the same account where your tickets have been sent. The email address associated to your tickets is shown on your booking confirmation.
3. Refresh the App
Try refreshing the app to download your tickets.

If you already have tickets in the app: pull down on the screen to refresh and download new tickets; OR
- If you have no tickets in the app: click the Download Tickets button.
4. Check your connection
You'll need to connect to the internet to download your tickets. If your tickets are not downloading, check your WiFi connection or mobile phone signal.
Try changing WiFi networks, or switching from WiFi to 4G mobile data.
5. Try logging out
Log out of the app, close it and try logging in again. Repeat Step 3 if your tickets are still not showing.
