Cancellations within four hours of purchase
All tickets types can be cancelled within four hours of purchase. As long you haven’t used the ticket, you will be refunded the cost of the ticket minus any booking and ticket fulfilment costs.
After the four-hour window, standard refund rules apply, but may incur an admin fee.
Cancellation by Ticket Type
Cancellations are subject to the type of ticket you have purchased. You can find the ticket type(s) for your journey listed on your confirmation email.
Cancellations on LOGiC
You can cancel your tickets on LOGiC provided that:
- Your tickets have not been used.
You will not be able to cancel your tickets if they have already been collected, used, or scanned. However, you may be able to claim a refund for unused flexible tickets (Anytime or Off-Peak). See our guide How can I get a refund for my rail tickets?
- The tickets you are cancelling are flexible and refundable.
Only refundable tickets (Anytime or Off-Peak) can be cancelled on LOGiC. If you have an Advance ticket, you can exchange it via LOGiC for a new date or time, or contact the Inntel Travel team for further assistance.
- You are cancelling before the ticket validity date.
You can cancel your flexible tickets via LOGiC prior to 23:59 on the date the ticket becomes valid. If you are cancelling on the day of travel, please contact the Inntel Travel team for further assistance. Refunds can still be requested up to 28 days after ticket expiry provided you have not collected the tickets.
Note: mobile tickets are counted as collected as soon as they are booked.
