You can search for venues and make a request to book your event via LOGiC.
One of our consultants will then review your request and provide suitable options for you to choose from.
Start your enquiry
From the LOGiC homescreen, select the Meetings & Events tile to go to your M&E Dashboard.
Click the yellow cross on the left-hand menu and select New Meeting \ Event enquiry.
Basic Details
This first screen is where you will complete the overall main details of your event:
- Number of days your meeting or event will last
- The arrival date
- Give your event a title
- Select the Event Purpose from the dropdown list, e.g. Meeting (under 40 delegates), Private Dining, etc.
- Enter the Meeting Location, you can enter the town/city name, or a post code.
- Specify the approximate amount to spend per person.
- Enter a contact for the day (include a telephone number where possible)
- Click Next Step to move on to the next section.
Day 1 - Basic Details
Enter the details for Day 1 of your meeting or event:
- Number delegates for the first day
- Enter the number of main meeting rooms that you need for Day 1
- Select a meeting room layout from the dropdown list. Click the triangle for some example room layouts.
- Select a top table if required.
- Enter the meeting/event start and end times.
- Enter the number of delegates in the main room for Day 1. can be used to copy the number of delegates from above.
- Note any special requirements for the room.
Day 1 - Equipment
Check the boxes against the equipment you require for the main room on Day 1.
Click the Syndicate Room button to move onto the next stage.
Day 1 - Syndicate Rooms
If you require syndicate rooms (also known as breakout rooms) for day 1, complete the form on this page, otherwise click the Catering button to move to the next stage.
If you want syndicate/break out rooms:
- Enter the number of rooms needed.
- Select the room layout - remember you can see examples by clicking the triangle.
- If you need a top table, enter how many you need.
- Enter the number of delegates that will be in each room.
- Select the start and end times you need the syndicate rooms for.
- Select any equipment needed in the syndicate room(s).
- Click Catering to move onto the next section.
Day 1 - Catering
Select the catering requirements for Day 1.
If you require lunch:
- Enter the number of lunches required. can be used to auto-fill the number of delegates/lunches.
- Select the time you want to have lunch.
- Choose the type of lunch.
- Enter your tea & coffee requirements for arrival, mid-morning and afternoon. You can use to auto-fill the number of refreshments required.
If you require dinner to be booked, complete the form, otherwise leave as 0 and click General to move onto the next stage.
- Enter the number of delegates for dinner on day 1 or use to auto-fill.
- Select whether you want dinner in the restaurant or private dining.
- Click General to move to the next stage.
General - Day 1
- Enter any additional requirements that you have for day 1.
- If you require accommodation for the evening of day 1, then select the number of rooms required. Leave at 0 if no accommodation is required.
If you are booking a multi-day event: click the Next Day button and repeat the steps above for room layout, equipment, syndicate rooms, dinner and accommodation for the subsequent dates.
If you are booking a one day event: click Next Step to go to the Billing section.
Billing
Enter any billing details that are required. What you see here will depend on your organisation's LOGiC set up. You can confirm the details when you make the final booking at proposal stage.
Click Next Step to view venue options.
Choosing Venues
Venues and a location map will be displayed.
Click on the i symbol for venue details including facilities, room features and any accreditation.
A leaf icon will be displayed against venues with sustainable accreditation.
You can choose to filter your venues by facility, or sort by price or capacity.
Submit your enquiry
Click the plus icon to add up to three venues to your My Venues pane and click Send Enquiry.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your enquiry reference. One of our consultants will be in touch to propose rates for the venues you've requested.
