You may wish to keep a copy of your MI dashboard to show data for a particular period, for example at month end, or at the end of your company’s Financial Year.
You can do this by disconnecting the links that update your booking data from Inntel’s systems. You’ll need to download a new copy of the dashboard in order to do this.
Saving your dashboard
1. Download a fresh copy of your MI dashboard from LOGiC.
2. Open the dashboard and enter your password.
3. Update the data so it is showing the latest information by going to the Data tab and selecting the Refresh All
4. Save a copy of the dashboard by going to File/Save As.
5. Choose a location to save your dashboard and rename it.
Remove connections
1. Select the Data tab.
2. In the Connections box, select Connections.
3. In the dialog box, select each connection and click Remove.
4. Click OK on the dialog box that appears to confirm.
5. Close the Workbook Connections box.
6. Save the dashboard.
The data has been preserved as of today. The dashboard is no longer connected to Inntel’s systems and will not update with any new data. To see up-to-date information, download a new copy of the dashboard, or refresh a previous one.
