You can change how much or how little information you want to receive from Inntel via LOGiC. By default, you are automatically opted-out of marketing, operational and urgent communications and must opt-in to receive them.
You'll still receive your booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and any business orientated emails relating to specific services we provide to you.
To view and update your preferences:
1. Log in to LOGiC and click your name in the top right-hand corner next to the Log Out button.
2. Select Email Preferences.
3. Tick the box against the type of communication you want to receive. You can view examples of the communications we send on the left-hand side.
4. Click Save Preferences. Your preferences will be immediately updated in our systems.
