Pivot Tables
These tabs show the data in pivot table format.
| Tab | Description |

| Top 10s | Pivot tables showing a summary of your top 10 locations, hotels, bookers and cost centres. Cost centres may not apply to all clients or may be called something different in LOGiC. |
| Spend by Division | Pivot tables showing a summary of spend per division for venues, average booking costs and spend by division. May not apply to all clients. |
| Spend by Location | A pivot table showing spend for all locations. Includes a summary graph for your Top 5 locations. Use the location analyser to change which locations display in the graph. |
| Hotel Spend | Spend by location and venue in a pivot table. Includes bed nights and average rates. |
Data Tabs
These tabs contain the information that is used to create the pivots and graphs. You do not need to touch these tabs unless you are copying the data to create your own reports.
| Tab | Information |
|---|---|
| Data | Contains all the data for bookings for the previous month. |
| Year Data | Contains all the data for the current calendar year. |
| Conf Data | Contains all the data for M&E the current calendar year. |
| Shoulder Data | Contains the data for last year's shoulder months*. *The time between high and low seasons. |
