These tabs show the data in pivot table format.

Pivot tables showing a summary of spend for accommodation and M&E. See your top 10 locations, hotels, bookers and cost centres. Cost centres may not apply to all clients or may be called something different in LOGiC. |
| Spend by Division |
Pivot tables showing a summary of spend per division for venues, average booking costs and spend by division and service. May not apply to all clients. |
| Spend by Location |
A pivot table showing spend for all accommodation and conference locations. Includes a summary graph for your Top 5 locations. Use the location analyser to change which locations display in the graph. |
| Hotel Spend | Detailed spend by location and venue in a pivot table. Includes the average rate, bed nights and booking value. |
Data Tabs
These tabs contain the information that is used to create the pivots and graphs. You do not need to touch these tabs unless you are copying the data to create your own reports.
Please read our article How do I create my own pivots? before you attempt to copy the data in these tabs.
Note: making any changes (e.g. filtering) in these tabs will change what you see in the pivot tables and graphs.

| Last Month Data | Contains all the data for accommodation and conference bookings for the previous month. |
| YTDAccomData | Contains all the data for accommodation bookings for the current calendar year. |
| YTDTravelData | Contains all the data for travel bookings in the current calendar year. |
| YTDConfData | Contains all the data for M&E for the current calendar year. |
