Accessing the system
To use LOGiC you need:
- access to the internet;
- to be able to access the websites that provide our service;
- have JavaScript enabled in your browser; and
- use a modern Internet browser.
Please use our System Requirements checker to ensure you are set up correctly to access LOGiC.
Supported browsers
We support the most recent web browsers, such as Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari:

All Browsers must have at least TLS 1.1 enabled. Connections via TLS 1.0 will be rejected, this precludes the use of Windows XP.
Internet Explorer 11
LOGiC is no longer supported on Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) as Google Maps have withdrawn support from this browser.

Website URLs
There are several web addresses that we use to deliver our services to you. If you can't access these URLs the system will not work correctly for you. The following list should be allowed by your internal IT or support team. They may need to adjust their firewall accordingly.

Your IT team may block some of the enhanced features of our sites, such as auto suggestion of possible locations and pick lists of data. This can usually be easily remedied by your IT department.
CORS
Our Content Security policy allows Cross Origin Requests, which will ensure correct function of our site with Google Chrome based browsers. If your Chrome browser reports CORS violations, your first check should be that the URLs listed above are not blocked on Proxy server or Firewalls on the clients network.
JavaScript
Our applications use JavaScript extensively. This is a standard application that allows enhanced interaction with websites. Most modern websites use JavaScript and this should be installed on your computer already. You won't need to make any changes to your system unless your IT team have disabled it in some way. If you see a message saying "You don't have JavaScript installed", ask your IT team to enable it for you.
