You can collect your tickets from stations with a Self Service Machine, it doesn't need to be the station you're travelling from.
Please note that not all stations support collecting tickets bought online. We recommend that you check before you travel to ensure you can collect your ticket at your chosen station. https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/stations/
You'll need to insert a valid credit or debit card into the machine and enter the Collection Reference from your confirmation email.
- The card is used for activation purposes only and you will not be charged.
- Any valid credit or debit card can be used, e.g. your own credit card.
- The card does not need to be the one used for payment of the booking.
Tickets are ready for collection 30 minutes after completing your booking. A list of available stations can be found here: Ticketing Stations
