The MI dashboard contains pivot tables that are updated when the dashboard is refreshed.
Excel via a web app doesn't have the facility to refresh and update pivot tables, so you will be unable to open it via a browser (Edge, Chrome etc).
You will need to download the dashboard and open it in the full desktop version of Excel*.
Once you've opened the dashboard:
- Enter the password.
- Click Enable Editing in the yellow bar at the top.
- Click Enable Connections in the yellow bar at the top.
- Navigate to the Data tab and click the Refresh button.
Your Dashboard will update with latest information.
*The dashboard is optimised for use in Excel 2016. While data will remain correct in earlier versions of Excel, graphical information may not display correctly.
